Recollections of Kazusaya

Edo and Tokyo

We have been proudly providing our service for over 130 years since when Tokyo was called Edo.
Please enjoy our exquisite traditional Japanese hospitality “Omotenashi” at our newly renovated building.

Crossroads of People, History, and Culture

Think of the unique story created by our predecessors at the “Tokinokane Street”. We will create a new page of story.

The Spirit of Hospitality Displayed Repeatedly

The hotel’s logo mark is the letter “K” of “Kazusaya” formed by 5, 5, and then 6 straight lines appearing like wickerwork. It stands for the letter “k” in the Japanese word “kokoro” meaning heart, soul or spirit, which expresses traditional Japanese hospitality “Omotenashi” that Hotel Kazusaya has been providing.

Reopened on July 17, 2020

Hotel Kazusaya is located on the Toki-no-Kane Street in Nihonbashi which originated with the Toki-no-Kane (bell tower) that was used to inform the time for Edo residents.

The hotel was reopened under the concept of “a hotel that creates a new story that can only be felt here by thinking about the unique story created by our predecessors.”

We have been proudly providing our services for over 130 years since Tokyo was called Edo. Please enjoy our exquisite traditional Japanese hospitality “Omotenashi” at our newly renovated building.
