General Matters about Accommodation

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Can I leave my luggage with you before I check in or after I check out?

Yes, but only for the day of checking in or checking out. Please ask our staff.

Can I send my luggage to you before the day of my check-in?

Yes, we can keep your luggage from the day before your check-in,
but please contact us in advance.
When sending your luggage, you must pay the shipping charge in advance.
Please be advised that we cannot accept any luggage containing food or beverages.

Do you lend out wheelchairs?

Yes, we lend out wheelchairs. We only have a limited number,
so if you wish one, please let us know in advance.

Can I share a bed with my child?

Yes, a child under five who shares a bed with an adult is not charged.
Bed-sharing is limited to one child per bed.
We can provide pajamas and slippers for the child.
Please ask our staff if you require them.

Do you have vending machines and ice makers?

Vending machines are located on floors 2, 6, and 9, and ice makers on floors 6 and 9.

Is there a curfew?

No, we don’t impose any curfews.
However, we do ask that if you are checking in after midnight or
if you are checking in later than the time you told us originally,
we ask that you notify the hotel.
The hotel entrance will be closed after midnight,
so please call out to our staff using the intercom at the entrance.

Do you have a parking lot?

Yes, we have a parking lot available at 2,500 yen (tax inclusive) per day for hotel guests.
You can use from 15:00 on the day of your check-in and
up to 12:00 on the day of you check-out.
(You cannot park your car or retrieve it between the hours of 23:00 to 6:00.)
When parking or retrieving your car, our staff has to be present to conduct operations,
so please contact us using the intercom installed near the parking lot.
There are some especially large vehicles which cannot be accommodated,
so please inquire in advance.

Do you have an area for smoking?

Yes, there is a Smoking Corner beside the Front Desk on the first floor.

Do you keep a waiting list for reservations?

No, we are sorry to inform you that we don’t have a waiting list system.

How much is your cancellation charge?

We charge 20% of the room charge upon cancellation on the day before check-in,
80% on the day of check-in. and 100% for a complete no-show.

What amenities do the guest rooms have?

The following are the amenities in each guest room: Shampoo, conditioner,
body soap, hand and face soap, hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste,
cotton buds and swabs, razors,
hairbrush, hair bands, towels, sanitary bag,
traditional indoor wear, indoor slippers, TV, electric kettle,
hangers, tissue paper, shoeshine, telephone message pad and pen,
air purifier, desk clock, mirror,
fabric mist, clothes brush, shoehorn,
mugs, green tea, and black tea.

Regarding Breakfast

Can I eat breakfast without a reservation?

If you wish to make a reservation, please tell the Front Desk when you check in.

Can anyone other than staying guests eat breakfast without a reservation?

Yes, they can. We charge 1,650 yen (tax inclusive) per person.

Can children eat breakfast also?

Yes, they can. Children up to 12 years old can eat breakfast for 825 yen (tax inclusive).

Regarding the Large Public Bath

What times are they open?

The times for both men and women are 5:00 to 9:00 and 16:00 to 25:00.

Are babies allowed into the baths?

We regret to inform you to refrain from bringing children
under 3 years of age into the baths.

Can guests with tattoos enter the baths?

We regret to inform you that they must refrain from entering the baths.
However, they can use the baths if their tattoos can be covered with a seal.
We can provide tattoo seals, so please ask our staff if you need them.
